Our ability to learn whatever we want, whenever we want has never been easier!

Hundreds of free, on-line, open access courses are available to you via your computer, tablet, or smart phone.

MOOC stands for massive, open, online course.

Below are three of the best resources for checking out MOOC offerings:

1. EdX 

“EdX offers interactive online classes and MOOCs from the world’s best universities, colleges and organizations. Online courses from MITx, HarvardX, BerkeleyX, UTx and many other universities. Topics include biology, business, chemistry, computer science, economics, finance, electronics, engineering, food and nutrition, history, humanities, law, literature, math, medicine, music, philosophy, physics, science, statistics and more. 2. Coursera

Coursera’s mission:  “We provide universal access to the world’s best education.

“Coursera is an education platform that partners with top universities and organizations worldwide, to offer courses online for anyone to take, for free” read more here.

3. MOOC List

Keep in mind that you don’t have to take an entire course. It’s okay to dip into several that sound interesting. Watch a video or two. See what you can learn!
